Jessica's Baby Shower

Today was a very busy fun day. Aaron stayed home with the boys all day while I went with Jessica doing baby stuff. Holy cow I still cant believe that Jessica is going to have a baby but she is. We first went up to Ogden to a shower that the Richards (jays family) gave her. She got such fun stuff. It almost made me baby hungery to see all the cute baby stuff. After the shower we went and visted Lew and Winkie and she told her story Corbin Blue. It was very entertaining and fun. Then we went to Jessica's appt and opened all her gifts and put everything away. That probably sounds rather boring to most people but it is right up my alley. Her nursery is so cute. Then we went shopping for baby clothes and baby stuff. We were gone all day and I think my feet might not ever recover. I finally took my shoes off in Target and walked around in my stocking feet which is very unlike me but my feet hurt so bad. Stay tuned to see the pictures after the baby is born. I am so excited and most of all I will be around her every day because Jessica will be bringing her to work with her. I will get to play with her all day and hold her and then give her back to Jessica when it is time to go home or change diapers or what ever else. Wow how exciting.

Family Night at the Desmonds

Aaron has school on Monday and Wednesday nights so we usually do our family night activily on Tuesday or Thursday. So last night was the magical night. It started off with Aaron coming home with a huge migrain headache throwing up all over the side walk as he was walking into the house. So for the next couple of hours it was moms job to keep the two terrors quite while Aaron tried to sleep off his migrain. For the most part they were pretty quiet but they have this new game they play with rumson (the dog). Ciaran and Cabhan are the good spiderman and rumson is the bad spiderman and so they run around the house screaming to get away from him and then hide on the side of the couch from him. It is pretty funny but they can get pretty loud. Well finally around seven thirty Aaron came out of the dark room and we decided we would play candyland with them. It was pretty funny and took all my patients I had left. Two and three year olds do not have long attention spans as we all know. Cabhan quit saying he didn't want to play many times and then would come back a few minutes later. Ciaran did end up winning and I was so grateful when the game was over. I guess I just didn't have much patients last night. Anyways it is so fun raising these two little boys. I love them so much and thank Heavenly Father every day for trusting me with two of his precious spirts. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and stay safe with all this snow we are getting. New Year

Well it is a new year and I will finally start my own blog after being begged by many people. We had an awesome experience going to a special open house of the Rexburg Temple for the contractors and their families. I was hoping to be able to see more of what Aaron does at the temples but it was basically a typical tour other than we did get to see the Brides room. Aaron is now mostly working on the Draper temple which should be finished this fall. How exciting. Well that mostly sums up the year for the most part so far. Talk to you soon.
